The current load on the site and the entrance.
rtsp.me brings together your existing IP cameras and opens the video in a browser on a computer, a smartphone or a tablet. An operator can see the overall queue, whether a zone is free and the visible situation at a remote site.
The cloud archive helps you work through the sequence of an intake or a loading run, and monitoring reports a loss of signal. Video complements weighbridge and material accounting, sensors and the work of your staff, but does not replace them.
Connect site camerasA wide shot shows the queue of vehicles, whether the unloading zone is free and how the site looks before a crew sets off. That helps an operator refine the task and get in touch with the site.
The archive can be matched against weighings, tickets and shift logs. An image cannot reliably establish the mass, composition, hazard class or legal status of a material.
An accessible RTSP stream connects to rtsp.me without any obligation to replace your CCTV. H.264 and H.265 mean you can work with mainstream IP cameras.
Outdoors and in sorting halls, allow for dust, precipitation, vibration and swings in temperature. Do not place mounts and cables in the path of machinery or next to moving mechanisms.
The main features for a network of sites:
Choose safe, informative fields of view and an access mode.
Check the picture quality at working dust levels, and the plan for reacting to an alert.
The following wide shots are useful:
A public shot may show only an anonymized queue or whether the site is available.
A live wide shot of the site shows the queue at the entrance and how full the stockpiles are.
LIVEThe current load on the site and the entrance.
A single account helps an operator check remote points one after another and follow up on reports of an overflow or a queue. The decision to send a collection vehicle is taken with sensors, routes, contracts and staff judgement in mind.
Operational cameras at the sorting hall and the weighbridge stay private. For a public field of view that has been approved, you can use the HTML player with a domain restriction.
The cloud archive shows the visible sequence of arrival, unloading and movement of material. Match the recording against the weighbridge system, the documents and the shift log.
rtsp.me reports a loss of the video stream. That does not mean the line has stopped, and it does not replace equipment monitoring.
Do not point cameras at documents, screens, personal data or protected infrastructure. Installation takes account of the movement of forklifts, presses and conveyors, and archive access is restricted.
Video does not replace weighing equipment, fill-level sensors, material accounting, laboratory analyzis, fire and gas systems, guards, interlocks, protective equipment or staff. A shot cannot be used to establish a hazard class or to permit work in a hazardous zone.
Connect the existing cameras at your collection points, container areas and production zones for viewing, an archive and signal oversight.
Get visual context across a distributed network while keeping weighbridge records, sensors, regulations and your staff as the basis for decisions.
