LIVERows of plants
The current wide view of the rows and the working areas.
rtsp.me makes the streams from your existing IP cameras available in a browser on a computer, smartphone and tablet. An agronomist or manager can see a wide view of the rows and the working areas.
The archive shows how things change visually over time, and monitoring reports signal loss. A camera complements the agronomist’s walk-through, the sensors and the control systems; it does not replace measurements or professional judgement.
Connect your greenhouse camerasA wide shot helps you check how irrigation is going, the harvest, the movement of crates and the state of the walkways in a distant block. The manager gets context before speaking to the shift.
Video can reveal a large visible deviation, but its cause is determined from sensors, logs and inspection by an agronomist. Color rendition and the camera’s field of view limit what can be judged about the plants.
An accessible RTSP stream connects to rtsp.me without necessarily replacing the system. Support for H.264 and H.265 suits most common IP cameras.
Choose the housing and the connections with humidity, condensation, washing down and temperatures in mind. A camera must not shade the plants or obstruct equipment and walkways.
Features for a single site and for a network:
Decide which fields of view are useful and what the access rules will be.
Check the picture under both daylight and artificial lighting.
Useful fields of view:
A camera does not confirm nutrient solution consumption, the concentration of substances or whether a valve is working.
A live wide shot shows how the work is organized and the visible condition of the plantings in the block.
LIVEThe current wide view of the rows and the working areas.
A clear camera structure helps the agronomist move quickly to the section they need and compare the visible wide shot with the climate charts. Access is distributed according to operational need.
A separate presentation field of view can be chosen for the website, provided it does not show staff in close-up or reveal technological know-how. Production streams are kept restricted.
The cloud archive lets you go back to a period of work, a change in lighting or a noticeable change in the general view. Conclusions are drawn only together with the logs and the measurements.
rtsp.me alerts you when a stream is lost. The service does not control the climate, irrigation or plant nutrition.
Equipment is installed with moisture, electrical safety and walkways in mind. Access to the archive is restricted, staff are informed about the surveillance, and commercially sensitive processes are not published.
Video does not replace temperature, humidity, CO2 and light sensors, irrigation and ventilation control systems, laboratory testing, inspection by an agronomist or staff on site. It is not safe to adjust the growing regime on the basis of a camera image.
Connect the cameras already covering your blocks and working areas for viewing in a browser, with an archive and signal monitoring.
Get clear visual context alongside your climate data, while keeping measurements, control systems and the agronomist’s decisions as the basis of your growing.
